Aurora Native Title Legal Internship Program - Winter 2010

Applications open 9am ADST Monday 8 March and close 5pm ADST Thursday 1 April 2010.

Following is detailed information about our requirements should you wish to prepare your application in advance, for submission online during the application period:

1. Complete the online application form
2.. Attach to it a SINGLE Microsoft Word file of not more than 200kb, that incorporates:
 
A cover letter, addressed to Kim Barlin, Manager, Placements & Scholarships, addressing the following:
 
A strong academic record (max. 200 words)
Demonstrated experience in and/or knowledge of Indigenous affairs, social justice and other legal work including fieldwork (max.150 words)
Demonstrated reliability and integrity (max.150 words)
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills (max. 100 words)
Motivation and initiative (max. 100 words)
Your Curriculum Vitae
A list of all university results set out in table form including name of subject, mark and grade received. Please note: short listed applicants will be required to bring an original or certified copy of their academic transcript to the interview.

Please save your Microsoft Word document using the following format:
surname.first name.University.legal.app.doc
For example: smith.jane.UNSW.legal.app.doc

Applications in more than one stream will be accepted, so be sure to specify "Anthropology', 'Legal', or "Social Science' accurately in your file name.
