Overview

Aurora has partnered with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales in Sydney to develop a nine day management program for Chief Executive Officers and other NTRB management staff.

The program consists of three, three-day modules focusing on key management and leadership areas including: strategic vision, leadership styles, financial management, risk assessment and management, leading and managing staff, conflict management and mediation.
