Overview

Aurora has partnered with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales in Sydney since 2007 to deliver management programs for Chief Executive Officers and other NTRB senior management staff.

In 2007 the program consisted of 4, 3 day modules (Modules 1, 2 & 3) focusing on key management and leadership areas including: strategic vision, leadership styles, financial management, risk assessment and management, leading and managing staff, conflict management and mediation.

In 2008 the program continued with Module 4 (2 days) in April with a focus on change management and management strategies.

The program for 2009 is currently under development.
