Overview

The 2010 program is intended for staff who come from a professional background and who are now playing an increasing role in the overall running of the NTRB. Through an emphasis on practical application and increased self-understanding of the keys to management effectiveness, this program offers participants the opportunity to acquire and extend skills and knowledge to contribute in a management capacity in their NTRB.

Entry requirements

To enrol in this program you need to be currently employed by an NTRB or NTSP and need to be in a management position or be nominated to attend by your executive officer. The course is suitable for people who have attended previous Aurora Management Development programs as well as those who have not.
