NTRB Management Development Program
**PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROGRAM HAS ALREADY BEEN RUN FOR 2010.** Overview The 2010 program is intended for NTRB managers who come from a professional background and who are now playing an increasing role in the overall running of the NTRB. A new approach to the program will see the first day combining a review of core skills covered in previous programs, and introduce new skills in the area of decision making. On Days 2 and 3 participants will have the opportunity to practice applying these skills in exercises designed to be fun yet challenging. Outdoor simulations will allow participants to practice their skills in a more realistic context. Some are deliberately unrelated to native title work so as to allow for skills development without getting bogged down in content. The activities can be physically challenging but less physical roles will be available to those who prefer this. Please note: an absolute commitment for full attendance in this program is required as each element builds on what has gone before, and team exercises will require each member to be present at all times. The program continues into the evening on Wednesday, so please don't schedule other commitments. Participants will stay overnight on location on Wedenesday night with Aurora covering this cost.

The course is suitable for people who have attended previous Aurora Management Development programs as well as those who have not.
