Management Development Program
Overview
In 2008 the Aurora project offered the NTRB Management Development Program which consisted of two 3-day programs for NTRB management staff. The programs are intended for staff who come from a professional background, and who are now playing an increasing role in the overall running of the NTRB. Through an emphasis on practical application and increased self-understanding of the keys to management effectiveness,they offer participants the opportunity to acquire and extend skills and knowledge to contribute in a management capacity in their NTRB.
The 2009 program is currently under development. It will continue on from 2008 programs, however attendence at previous modules is not a pre-requisite for attending the 2009 module.

Entry requirements
To enrol in the program you need to be currently employed by an NTRB or a NTSP.
