Gaining experience in a policy environment has been invaluable and has confirmed for me the reason why I studied law and how exactly I want to use my qualifications. I have a much greater understanding of the role policy-making plays in complementing the law and the 'trickle down' effects it has to more grass-roots initiatives.

International Indigenous scholarships

Scholarships are available for Indigenous Australians to study overseas at Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard. Funding is available for either a masters, a PhD program or executive development programs.

The programs are jointly funded by the Australian Government Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education.
